What is the Bundle Shipping Option?

It’s the best shipping for your buck! We can bundle all of your great quilting finds from the week in fewer boxes so you can earmark those saved dollars for more Daily Deals and other quilting necessities! When you combine and ship with us, you only have to pay for shipping one time per seven day period instead of paying for each individual order.

How does it work?

Bundling your orders can be oh-sew-easy! Just select the bundled shipping option when you go to check out. Then the week of savings begins! Spend the next seven days shopping to your heart's content. Never again do you have to miss out on those Daily Deals due to the extra cost of shipping each order! This also offers more time to order and qualify for free shipping! Should the $59 threshold for free shipping be reached within the seven days, we will refund the original shipping fees.

Can I cancel an order in a bundle? 

Our policy remains the same. If your order has not been prepared for shipping by our warehouse, then you will be able to cancel an order in a bundle.

If your bundled order contains FBY and the fabric has been cut, you cannot cancel that part of the order.

Are there any items that are excluded from bundling? 

There are a few items that are excluded from bundles, such as any machine quilting, large furniture items, Block and BOM subscriptions, Digital Products and E-Classes.

What happens if I need an order/item(s) sooner? 

Great news! Bundling is completely up to you. If you can’t wait the 7 days for your orders to leave our warehouse, we completely understand. You can place any amount of orders outside your bundle. Please be aware that once you bundle your order it can not be undone.

When will I be charged for the Bundle?

Your credit card will be charged with each order you want to bundle. The process of placing an order has not changed. That also means when you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation.

Can I bundle if I am international? 

Great question, and the short answer is YES! Our flat rate shipping prices – see below – still apply but instead of each order your shipping price is based on your bundle size.

For example, if order number one in your bundle has a subtotal of $50 then your shipping fee is $30. Then if order number two in the bundle has a subtotal of $50, you would pay $10 in shipping cost. That is because the combined order subtotal is between $100-$200 and the total shipping on your bundle is $40.

The first order on each of your bundles will include a shipping charge of $20 (USD). Then every order after that in your bundle will have free shipping! 

What is "Shipping Payback"?

This is where we take saving you money seriously! If your first bundled order does not qualify for free shipping but does later when  adding to that bundle, then we will give you $5.99 off an item in the next qualifying order of that bundle. 

You will see this discount in the checkout screen. I have an example for you below.

Time Frame to Bundle

When bundling your orders, you have seven rolling days from that first order in your current bundle to add to it. This means that if your first order in the bundle is placed at 9 am on Monday, you have until 9 am on the following Monday to place other orders and add to your bundle.
