If your order was shipped to an incorrect address, the best place to start is by contacting FedEx at (800) 463-3339. They can help re-route your order to your new address. You can also contact your post office in the event the order was shipped through the Smartpost service. If that fails, please contact our Customer Service team. We will work with our partners at FedEx to try and get it back. In the event that your package can’t be located, we will reship your order the first time it happens, but please make sure you then update your address.
