Q: What is the turnaround time for machine quilting?
A: We can't wait to see your creation! Please check out our Machine Quilting page for our current turn-around times and available options!
Q: What comments should I leave on my quilt ordering form?
A: Be sure to include your phone number. If we need to contact you about your quilt, the best way is by phone. Please include anything you would like us to know about your quilt, such as a deadline you are trying to meet or any important information that might help our machine quilters provide you with the best experience possible. We cannot promise that all deadlines will be met, but we will do our very best. If your deadline requests cannot be accomplished, we will contact you. There is no such thing as too much information!
Q: What information do I need to include with my quilt?
A: Please include your order number and phone number in case we need to contact you. If possible, you can print out the confirmation email and include that along with your shipment, but as long as we have your order number and phone number, that will work just fine!
Q: How do I prepare my quilt for shipping?
A: We recommend that you place your quilt top in a weatherproof plastic bag before you ship it to us so it is protected along the way. We also suggest that you insure the package when you ship it to further protect your quilt. Please remember to include your order number and phone number.
Q: Will you attach a label to my quilt?
A: We currently do not offer the service of attaching labels but are considering it for the future. We recommend that you attach the label before sending it to us or attach it after we are done quilting it.
Q: How much backing do I need to send?
A: Your quilt backing will need 4 extra inches on each side to be able to secure your quilt on the longarm quilting machine. So, for example, if your quilt measures 50” × 50”, your backing would need to be 58” X 58”.
Q: If I would like to have my quilt bound, do I need to send the fabric already pieced together in a continuous strip?
A: It’s completely up to you. We use 2 ½” binding, so if you prepare your binding at home, please use 2 ½” strips as well. If you would like us to make binding for you, please remember to include enough fabric for us to cut 2 ½” strips. A handy tip: Jelly rolls make binding a breeze!
Q: What is the Christmas deadline?
A: Every year, we set a firm deadline to let you know the last day you can send in your quilt in order to receive it by Christmas. This is generally in October, but keep an eye out on your emails and we will let you know when that deadline is.

Please have someone fix your filter so that when customers pick one it goes back and in some cases changes the filter options. My suggestion is to let customers continue to pick more than one option so that they are not wasting time. After all I believe that is what a filter is used for right! Comments
